We stayed at this luxurious hotel recently and had a wonderful experience. The location on a hill with beautiful views of the ocean was simply breathtaking. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area. We especially loved the terrace where we could relax and enjoy the stunning scenery. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, making us feel right at home. The breakfast served on the outdoor dining area was delicious and plentiful, giving us a great start to the day. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and parking available.
We highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

Will come back when in Kailua-Kona, we did not want to leave. The deluxe king suite had everything you need, a laptop-size safe, a sitting area and TV with DVD player. Lots of food at breakfast, such as fruit, butter, breads and meats...

From the moment I arrived at this hotel, the hosts made me feel at home. The attention to detail was remarkable, especially with the beautiful suites. The breakfast served was of great quality and served on a veranda with stunning views overlooking the ocean. This hotel's locations away from the touristy areas provided a peaceful and relaxing setting.
Could not be improved in any way.

We stayed in a charming estate located away from the touristy areas – just a short drive down to the ocean. Our suite was well, appointed, clean and comfortable, with attention paid to every detail. the hosts were exceptional, offering helpful recommendations and outstanding service. Breakfast, from the homemade muesli to the fruit platter, was exquisite. the setting was serene, with breath, taking views of the island.
Despite the warm hospitality and luxurious amenities, the property lacked a swimming pool to indulge in a refreshing swim.

The hotel's location was perfect, close to all the must-visit spots in the area. The breakfast provided was really good with a variety of options. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. It was also nice to have complimentary snacks in the room.
The room was a bit small and cramped. The bathroom was also quite small and lacked storage space.
